In March 2022, our office took over the execution planning of the DonauTower in Ingolstadt. The building on a site with approx. 3,300 m² is to become the new corporate headquarters of Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Bayern Mitte eG and offers additional space for various office areas on 13 floors. Sustainability is a big topic throughout the planning of the building. We were already involved in this project in February 2021 and – in parallel with the work of Schulz und Schulz Architekten GmbH from Leipzig (design authors) –, built a BIM model for the costing and tendering by Züblin, which is now the basis of LP5.
